Terms of Service

srvy is a free survey and polling tool available at srvy.naif.one. We provide the service free of charge and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue it at any time with reasonable notice.

You may use srvy if you are at least 13 years old. By using srvy, you represent that you meet this requirement. You do not need an account to create surveys or respond to them.

You agree not to use srvy to:

• Collect personal information from minors without parental consent
• Conduct phishing, fraud, or deceptive data collection
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Distribute malware or malicious code
• Harass, bully, or discriminate against any individual or group
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Collect sensitive personal data (health, financial, biometric) without appropriate safeguards and consent
• Circumvent or abuse rate limits or technical measures

We reserve the right to remove any survey that violates these terms and to ban accounts or block sessions that engage in abuse.

Your content

You own the surveys you create and the responses your surveys collect. Respondents own their answers. srvy does not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

License to operate

By creating a survey or submitting a response, you grant srvy a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely as required to provide the service. This license ends when you delete your content.

As a survey creator, you are responsible for informing your respondents about how their answers will be used and for obtaining any necessary consents. You must not use response data in ways that violate privacy laws applicable to your respondents.

srvy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, data persistence, or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or other damages arising from your use of the service.

We strongly encourage you to export important survey data regularly.

If you create a survey without an account, you receive a unique management key. This key is the only way to manage or delete your survey. We cannot recover it if lost. Keep it safe. We recommend creating a free account to avoid losing access.

Your use of srvy is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.

You may stop using srvy at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Anonymous surveys associated with a banned session may be removed.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of srvy after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riyadh.
